We have a few events that will help ease you back into your routine and help you manifest what you wish for 2021.
On Monday we have Chair Yoga on Zoom for only $5 at 6:00pm Central Time. This class is modified to help all levels but it is great for those with inflexible bodies, chronic pain, and illnesses. It’s an hour class and we use a chair and I modify for everyone. You can leave your camera off once you way hello and see what the class is all about. On Wednesday we have 2 great events. The first is Restorative Yoga on Zoom at 6:00pm Central Time.
