Yoga and Meditation
Every Monday at 6:00 pm is Chair Yoga for $5. This class is great for anyone who prefers to use a chair for yoga or is at work and needs a break. I modify for inflexibility, injuries, and chronic pain.
Every Wednesday at 6:00 pm is Restorative Yoga for $5. This class is a great way to undo those knots and pained muscles from the week and lower your cortisol levels and help you lose weight.
Meditation is Saturday January 16 at 10:00 am for $5
Tarot Share is Sunday January 10 at 7:00 pm. FREE Come learn about tarot and maybe get a free reading from a student.
Reiki Share is Sunday January 24 at 7:00pm. FREE Come learn more about Reiki and receive Reiki healing while here.

Every Thursday at 6:00 pm is Healthy Living Support Group- $5 we meet and discuss out goals of mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual, do a lesson and an activity. It’s great for those that need a tribe to interact with and check in with.
Hybrid Zoom/Online classes
January 9 – 9am Shadow Work Class – $50. Anyone in tis class will meet this day and bring questions, topics, and issues to discuss. It will be recorded if you can’t attend.
January 23- 9am Usui Reiki 1 Certification for $150. Become certified in self-healing and learn how to help heal others. It will be recorded if you can’t attend.
January 30 – 9 am Usui Reiki 1 Certification for Yoga Teachers for $250. Learn to incorporate reiki into your yogic practice. Good for yoga students and teachers. It will be recorded if you can’t attend.
